Tanka Fuyumuro, a high school student who can’t find hope for the future and feels emptiness no matter what he does, lives his days in apathy. One day, a dragon suddenly appears before him. Tanka is transported back in time to the Sengoku period and taken to the Ashikaga School — the foremost academy for military strategists of the era.
