The Story of Ishimi

Due to human greed, the imugi* Ishimi was sealed away underground.
When a mysterious child named Cheonseo stumbles into his prison and helps him regain his senses, Ishimi realizes that the boy is cursed with a cruel fate and destined to a life of one close call to death after another.

In exchange for helping Cheonseo avoid the countless brushes with death in his future, Ishimi asks for the boy's blood as payment, the only thing capable of restoring his strength.

And… For some reason, Cheonseo accepts the dangerous deal without the slightest hesitation?

*An imugi is a serpent-like creature that has yet to ascend and become a dragon.
