Roug (37), a farmer living in a remote village, was once the "Strongest Hero" who saved the kingdom. By his side is Pepper, a familiar who has lost her memories. However, one night, the village is attacked by monsters, and Pepper is abducted by an unknown assailant. To rescue her, Roug heads to the royal capital for the first time in fifteen years.
